any one know any cure for Candida?????????

hello

after taking a lot of antibiotics courses ( because they thought I have unkown infection) I got a sever vagainal Candida :(


they gave me Opizol cream but did not help me, and they gave me flucanazol tabs also did not help,

my vagainal area is very painful and I have green discharg and burnning.

any one has had a Candida and used a treatment which helped her?

cure is a hard approach in my mind since an infection of candida is an overgrowth....you can get treatment to bring growth down but to really be cleansed is a lot more work. Candida usually starts from an imbalance ...such as was caused by the antibiotics.

I hope you are taking a good probiotic.

I suggest an oral treatment like nystin or diflucan as part of your treatment. AZO yeast is always well liked by me.

Dear Monaa -

I have used a vaginal cream Rx called Terazol. It cleared up the yeast with no problem. In addition, make sure you use a good probiotic like Florajen 3 that you find at the health food store or pharmacy in the refrigerator until the yeast is gone. In the future when you take an antibiotic, make sure to take the probiotic and hour after your antibiotic dose and it will help ward off the yeast.

Please get an appointment with a doctor ASAP. You should not have a green discharge ever. Yeast discharge is actually a light gray with a cottage cheese texture unless you are taking pyridium and then it may be tinted a bit yellow.

I looked up common causes of green vaginal discharge and found these conditions could be the cause of green vaginal discharge:

Bacterial infection of the vagina
HPV
Lichen sclerosis
Vaginal warts
Trichomoniasis

Any of these can become a very serious problem.....

I went to a doctor and he took a swap for me, then he told me I have a sever Candida, I asked him I have green discharge he said may be from the Candida, I know the Candida makes cheesy whight discharge, but my swap results said it is only Candida
