6 weeks

I just found out that I am 6 weeks pregnant. I have gotten such bad flares. Is this normal? Should I expect this the whole time? Another question I had was do women being Pregnant and IC stay at work the whole time. I am not sure how long I will be able to work and wanted to get some feedback.
Sorry for not being on here a lot. Working 55 hours a week and pregnant is tiring. The work is mantatory.

Congrats on your pregnancy! Wish I had answers for your questions but the people I know that are pregnant with IC ..one her IC went into remission and the other has only had problems that seem to be because she can't take her medicine....seems to be doing better now.

I understand you being so tired.

Robin!! Congrats! If anything, at some point you might have to cut back on your hours IF your ob thinks it'd be healthier for you and they baby. A lot of IC'ers work while they are pregnant.
I did for a few weeks and was just so sick with morning sickness and other health issues, non IC related.
I remember being sooo tired. I think now how it would be if I were pregnant and chasing a now two year old! Would absolutely wear me out!:D But there is a patient on here now doing just that!

Thanks for all your words. I see the doctor on Wednesday so hopefully I will find out some answers as to when the pain might go away. I am off all of my meds at this point so I am sure that is where most of the pain is coming from.
I'll keep you all posted.
