• 1 cup freshly-grated Parmesan cheese(canned parmesan is the best tolerated)
• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
• 1 tablespoon oregano and garlic
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper(if can tolerate)
• 2 pounds chicken wings, cut up
• 1/2 cup melted butter

Directions
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Mix cheese, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper together and place in shallow bowl. Dip each piece of chicken into the butter, then roll in the cheese mixture, coating well. Place on a greased baking sheet with lip. Bake for 45 minutes, turning when brown.

I know this recipe was posted a while back, but wow! Really awesome wings.

The name of it is garlic parmesan wings, but there is no garlic in the recipe. I just added about 1 tbs of garlic powder to the mixture and it was great.

Happy New Year everyone! :)
