Another Cysto

Hi,
If your uro does another cysto and overdistention and finds no bleeding or inflammation, does this mean your Ic is gone? And the pain, urgency, frequency is just from your nerves and muscles and bladder etc...being out of wack for so long? Appreciate any input.
