My bladder has been behaving quite well over the last 3 1/2 weeks until tonight. The last flare I had was during my most recent period. Well I'm about 2 days away from that time of the month again and GUESS WHAT? MY BLADDER IS KILLING ME! OUCH! :help: During the late afternoon the frequency and urgency kicked in. Over the past two hours the pressure and burning have arrived. Oh how I hate these period induced flares. Overall I'm begining to make progress. I have even been enjoying sex and not flared afterwards the last 3 times. I was about to make a remission post but these awful period flares are still a major problem. Outside of going on continous birth control pills,does anyone have any suggestions on how to reduce these monthly flares? My periods have become almost unbearable since I developed IC. I would appreciate any advice I can get. Thanks for reading my post.
