I got the prelief and it did help me eat a bit more raw chocolate than usual. I got brav:woohoo:e and took prelief and ate a banana. I wound up with a severe flare. I have problems with most fruit and hoped I could add some. I'm glad I didn't try tomato sauce. I guess it works for some people and not others. Darn it.

Prelief doesn't allow us to eat everything. It does help to avoid flares if we get small amounts of potential irritants. I still approach with extreme caution, even with Prelief.

I'm the same as Donna. I use Prelief mainly to neutralize hidden ingredients in restaurant food - and I still order the most IC-friendly meal I can find on the menu, avoiding trigger foods & spices.

Restaurant food. I seldom eat out but when I do I will bring the prelief with me and not try out Italian food with tomato sauce. By the way the banana I ate was a tiny thing. Thanks everyone.:smile tee
