I visited a blog site 'Lisa is Cooking' where I found her recipe for this.
She was changing it from another persons recipe for Lemon Kefir ice cream (which we all cannot have).
She used 3 cups frozen blueberries
Some blueberry flavored kefir.
Blend in blender then strain the mixture through a seive to remove seeds and skins.
She then added some lemon or orange zest or orange liqueur.
She recomended freezing it in a container in the freezer stiring it off and on through the day while it freezes. Or you could use your ice cream maker.
Her amounts were aproximate and for those who make their own kefir you could use that rather than the flavored purchased kind.
