Just wondering what everyone is making for Easter Dinner? I know I am making a honey glazed ham, mashed pototes, green beans, dinner rolls (Sister Shubert's), deviled eggs (from the dyed Easter eggs for my family to eat), mac and cheese, and cream style corn (frozen from the garden). I am also going to make a cocconut cream pie (since I am able to eat that without it bothering me, ) or else I will make a coconut cake and possibly bannana pudding. I am not sure what else I will be making. So, I was wondering what you guys are making?

I buy at Costco Kirkland nitrate free ham slices. They are pretty big and come 3 in a pack. I buy a regular spiral ham for the rest of the family.

We're not a big on ham for the most part, so when I do I buy the ones that are pre-slice and I do well with that. Mashed potatos, green beans, devil eggs and a jello salad, rolls - and dessert, don't know what yet, though.
In fact till I went to the store last week, i didn't even realized it was going to be Easter till I saw all of these hams in the meat section.

Mmmm coconut cream pie.
I won't be making one of those right away, though. My dad has been bothering me NON-STOP about making him the apple pie I promised him while I'm on spring break. I need to make that soon. :lmao:
