Ok, I don't get it. Everything seemed fine when I was with the therapist. About 24 hours later, everything started to hurt, especially a few minutes after practicing the exercizes. Am I doing it wrong or something? The therapist never mentioned that it might cause pain or what to do about it. The only thing I can think of is maybe I'm doing it wrong? Has anybody experienced this?

Physical therapy exercises sometimes hurt me too. Especially when I used the biofeedback device in the PT's office.
My PT said that some soreness was normal. I would call your's and ask what to do.
When I had too much pain, I would do plies (sp?) instead of my kegels. The PT says plies (the ballet type) help your pelvic muscles to work together. She also recommended walking, stretching, and yoga.
Maybe try taking a warm bath or shower or use a heating pad. If you have pain pills, take one.
I hope you feel better soon!
