I find a lot of wonderful recipes and ideas on foodgawker.com. There are so many that only need a little bit of tweaking in order to be IC safe, and they're great for ideas when you're wondering what to make. I've had many a great cooking ventures because of this website (fulfilling a lifelong love and hobby in cooking).
