WHITE CHOCOLATE BRITTLE
1 bag of white chocolate chips
1 cup broken pretzels
1 cup almonds
Take a zip lock bag and break the almonds into pieces,do the same with the pretzels.Don't crush the heck out of them just give it a few hits with a rolling pin.Then melt the chocolate in the microwave stirring every 30 seconds till melted and mix the pretzels and almonds with the melted chocolate.Spread thin onto cookie sheet lined with either foil or wax paper and place in the refrigerator to settle.Once the chocolate is cooled and hardened break apart like brittle and store in an air tight container....
