Okay, that's it!!!! I tried to exercise again this morning because of the intense California heat wave (95 degrees here-what the hey -it's only April!!!). Today I tried a 1/2 hour yoga tape I've done many times before with no problem. My bladder started to be irritable by the end of it and was annoying all day. (Irritated feeling with some aching). It finally stopped hurting an hour ago.

So, is the problem exercising in the morning? Am I just flaring because of the heat wave? I'm trying to drink small amounts of water (1/2 cup each hour) more frequently because I'm worried about dehydration in this heat, plus Ditropan & Elavil say to be careful of heatstroke. Which is why I was trying to do my wimpy little half hour workouts at 6am... AAAGGGGHHHHH.

Any suggestions? I was so miserable by late morning that I wished I could take out my bladder, leave it somewhere, and pick it up later...

I don't know if its cos i've been holding urine all nite or maybe I'm just not a morning gal.....but it doesn't get along with my IC....altho I agree with you if I worked out during the day in the heat, I'd barf for sure.

Could you break the yoga seesions into 2 small 15 min sessions? One in the am to get you started and one in the evening to unwind?

Maybe it is the heat....I don't tolerate heat well at all, and on hot summer days I'll be in the room with thr AC cranked on the verge of a migraine.

Maybe lay low on the excerise or just do the breathing excercises til the heatwave cools a bit. (???)

Goodlucka dn let us know how you make out! :bouncy:
