Can you flare from Lyrica?

Hi everyone. I went to a pain clinic yesterday, and was prescribed Lyrica. I took my first dose last night(one pill), and seemed to have slightly more pressure and frequency today. I took another dose tonight to see if it feels worse tomorrow, or if maybe it was something else causing my symptoms. I don't want to give up just yet. Is there anyone else who had increased pain from Lyrica? Is there another alternative to this medicine that is similar? Thanks!:shake:

I took lyric for just a short time, it caused me to have increased retention, but after i took the first dose i felt really strange, increased symptoms, but after the first does the strange feeling went away, just the retention stayed.
We all react so differently to meds, I hope it works for you. Maybe keep a diary of your symptoms and if they keep up discuss them with your Dr.
