I am thankful for ICN and the opportunity to help people here. I have been very touched by the thanks that I get and feel so warm and happy when people tell me that I have helped them and made a difference. It means that my life has meaning...even now while sick and not working and often suffering...I have a job here on Earth...a mission from God....and I pray I do it well.
Thank you all.

There's always healing in helping others. Iknow I feel better, mentally, when Ican offer some advice to someone just starting down this road...just as I know I can get help from folks who have walked before me. That's what makes this board so helpful and wonderful. I think I would still be wandering, lost, or have done myself in if it weren't for this site.
Thanks to all the moderators and administrators who have done such a marvelous job.

And Dixie....I think you've helped me the most as I've wandered this road. Thanks for all you've done for me, and for others as well...I appreciate everyone but you've been especially responsive and, I notice, are there to encourage many people....I think you've got a bigger "calling" in helping those who need it....:)
Again...thanks for everything!!!
I agree with all you gals posts, I know it makes me feel better when I can help, in any way that I can, I know how much help the network and the gals have been, wish I could give all the gals huge bouquets for their kindness and support, by just posting uplifting messages, and support whenever needed. God bless them all, hugs and love to each and every one, Iris.:hi: :grouphug:  :flower:

Yep, ICN rocks! So do the ICA and the Endometriosis Association. I think sometimes God allows us to go through suffering so we can help others when they go through the same thing.
I'm thankful for the vehicle that allows us to support and encourage each other: the Internet. I'm thankful there are so many ICers with kind hearts. I'm thankful for all the researchers working hard to make our lives easier. I'm thankful for my doctor, who believes in the disease and doesn't tell me that it's in my head or that I just have to "live with it." I'm thankful for my husband, who despite being very healthy, is understanding. I'm thankful for medications that ease my symptoms. I'm thankful for remissions. I could go on and on...but most of all, I'm thankful to God, who made all of you (and me) special, unique, beautiful creations.
Keep fighting the fight!
