Foot tingling and IC

Hi,
Iam a 38 year old male from india and recently was diagonised with IC after a 7 year struggle with pelvic pain.
While I do not have much of pain now the biggest problem is the urinary frequency @ once every half an hour.
While sleeping , what wakes me up is a sort of tingling sensation on the foot which somewhat like a cramping. After urination this sensation is relieved. Have anyone felt this sympton? One explanation by my urologists was the accupuncture point of the urinary bladder ends at the foot and these nerves probably stimulate the foot. Iam not sure though. Any similar experience will give me relief.

If I am in a flare, I get something like shocks that chase down the inside of my legs as I am voiding. Sometimes it goes through my arms too. It would be worth asking the doctor about!

When I am flaring, I get a very uncomfortable buzzing sensation in my right foot. Sometimes also, the discomfort travels down the inside of my leg, through my ankle & big toe, usually the right foot again. I've told my doctors & they all say, "Weird". (Which makes me want to ask for my copay back, but I don't actually do it.)
