Hi girls,
I am in a terrible flare right now that is lasting more than 2 months and I am really trying anything I can to get better. I bought some Glucosamine (the brand is called NOW) and I noticed it made things worse. But I remember taking Cystoprotek years ago and not having any problems. I am thinking about taking it again to see if it helps but I am afraid because it has glucosamine in it. I remember when I took Cystoprotek a few years ago my bladder did not react badly to it, but I am not sure why the pure glucosamine is hurting my bladder now. Should I try the Cystoprotek now? Could it be that Cystoprotek will not hurt my bladder because it was especially made for bladders and that the glucosamine I took is not (by the way I took only 1/2 teaspoon for 3 days and it was bad, or maybe it could be something else I was eating? I am really confused about glucosamine helping most people but making my pain worse. Thank you for any help, Love.:help:
