Subpoenaed to court!!!

Hi Everyone,

I really did not know where to post this? I am just feeling way overwhelmed right now with trying to get ready for Christmas and my upcoming cystectomy, this just compounds it all!!

When I got back from my uro yesterday, we found out that my husband and I are both are subpoeneaed to testify in the hearing of when our neighbor kid broke in our house over the labor day weekend.

I spoke with the prosectors office a while back, explaining why I was not able to make the trail and everything and I thought it was settled.

Now what do I do???

You don't have a lot of choice if you've received a subpoena. You could telephone again and maybe just your husband could go?
