I use Neutrogena soap and shower gel.
I don't always buy the same brand of toilet tissue, but usually I get Costco's brand --- I do read the label to be sure it's unscented --- and it has to be plain white.

I use Cottonelle Plus with aloe & vitamin E. But I think you should check your diet, the burning may also be from something you are ingesting. Try to keep a diary to help you track down what it could be. Also, white cotton underwear & I use a detergent with Free on it, no dyes, etc. You can also, rinse after urinating, with a little water. Those little picnic ketchup or mustard bottles are good for that. Hope you feel better soon.

I use Quilted Northern t.p., plain white & unscented. And I use Johnson's Baby Wash on my vulvar area when soap is needed... it is nice and gentle. I have also used Dove Body wash for sensitive skin... it is also unscented and gentle.

I'm super sensitive with my toilet paper and soap. I hate to say it, but the best tp paper for me is Scotts. It's great for blotting, but when it comes to taking care of the other area, it can feel like sandpaper. I deal with it, because it's better than the burning I get from the other toilet papers I've tried. As far as soap, I use Purpose, or Neutrogena bar with added moisture.

I use Angel Soft!
My daughter is really sensitive. She washes her private area with baby bath.
I can only use Neutrogena Extra Gentle Cleanser in the white bottle. It costs $5.44 a bottle at walmart and is often out of stock. Plus I use about a bottle every 1-2 weeks. I add baking soda to it so that it feels more like I am actually getting clean.
I don't have too much trouble with toilet paper if it is white and unscented, but I prefer to buy the 'free' ones. I have seen a specialty one at Walgreens on occasion that is extra sensitive.
I really have problems with feminine hygene products. I can only use the ones from Whole Foods that are pure cotton. I can't use the panty shields even with those. I think the adhesive chemicals bleed through or something.
I ditto the food comment. It usually goes away after I pass the offending item. To deal, I usually try pain killers, prelief or baking soda water and a very hot compress. Jala.

I use unsented white toilet paper and white cotton underwear. Any type of white soap usually works. I use body wash every where else. Try using prelief for the acid. Sounds like you may have some. Are you on meds ?
Hang in there until you find what's good for you. We are all individuals. I'll be praying for you.

prerelief give me flare's, i stop taking them after i figured out what was giving me flare's. im taking the aloe vera coral caps they seem to help with my flares and frequency, anyway my private area on the outside has always been sensitive to toilet paper and soaps before ic ever started.
