I am 7 weeks pregnant and on no medication for IC. It feels so good not to have the symptoms of frequency all the time as well as being on lots of meds. Now I am just batteling with morning sickness. But just wanted to let others know that there is hope!

I was worried about becomming pregnant with IC, and worried about not being able to take my medication, but 7 weeks in and I am fine.

THERE IS HOPE LADIES!

Awesome! I did the same thing with my daughter, who is now 2 months old. It is a great feeling indeed! I hope your entire pregnancy goes very smoothly. Congrats!

My pregnancy did not help my IC - I think if pregnancy helps your IC and then it comes back then you have a clue that hormones could be a problem. The other thought is that pregnancy dampens your immune system and so reducing an autoimmune disease (IC?) also comes to mind.

Glad you are better now.
