doxepin versus trofanil

Has anyone used doxepin for IC? My doc took me off my 10 mg doxepin dosage that I had used for years(for sleep purposes and before IC) and put me on tofranil,10 mg twice a day. I've only been on the tofranil for five nights, but am now experiencing jitters and waking at 5 a.m. and not getting back to sleep. The tofranil may be reducing bladder pain(too soon to tell), but miss my doxepin to sleep. Any thoughts are appreciated as I see the URO tomorrow.
