MAKES 2 cups
1/2 cup Pomegranate Blueberry 100% Juice Blend (Minute Maid in Grocery Dept)
1/2 cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
1/2 of a naval orange, peeled and sectioned, may use a peeled Fuji apple (it is now considered a IC friendly fruit) or peel a pear if you don't want to risk the orange.
1 container (6 oz) Wegmans Organic Vanilla Yogurt- soft or frozen
You'll Need: Blender
Puree juice, fruit, and yogurt on HIGH 1 min, until smooth.
Great Breakfast treat or anytiime treat THAT IS IC FRIENDLY!
