TMI...But does anyone else have?

Last week my urine started to smell, so I figured I had a UTI. Went to the Dr Thurs. and was tested but no infection. Today my urine started to smell again, kinda septic smelling? I dunno weird....my diet has not changed!

Anyone have this...or am I just crazy?? :loco:

Have you by chance taken any Pyridium lately? I know when I take mine I get a weird smell to my urine. Once i stop taking it the smell goes away. Just a thought.

Asparagus always makes my urine stink.

I havent taken Pyridium since last week and havent had any asparagus :hmm: I dunno, hopefully it will go away soon! Thanks for the replies!:)

Hey, yes, I get that strangely smell too every now and then. I always use to think it was infection too, but NOPE it's not. Wow...and I thought I was loosing my mind.

It's not constant either just every once in a while. Maybe once a day or every few day...weird!

Are you drinking enough water? If you don't get enough water, the urine becomes concentrated and smelly.

Drink the water. Trust me on this one.

But...don't over do it. Just one nice big glass of water and see what happens.

Meds also make your urine smell sometimes.

Yes, all I drink is water..probably close to a gallon or more a day! If I dont I have bad burning. Maybe it IS from the Pyridium I took last week :confused:
Just glad I'm not the only one...always helps :smile tee
