NYC Doc Who Does Botox?

Does anyone know a doctor in NYC who does pelvic floor botox? I have eliminated all symptoms of my IC with Atarax and Birth control and now just have some residual pelvic floor pain that I can't seem to kick with PT/diet alone. Does anyone know a doc in the NYC-area who does pelvic floor botox?
