I have had IC for about 4 years now. I am 32 years old. And I take elavil 25 mg and vistaril 50 mg and Yaz. I have been on yaz for a couple of years and it seemed to really help. But here lately I have been flaring BAD. Usually the week before my period. I feel like i have to pee all the time and when I got it feels like something is ripping in my bladder. My question was does MSM work? And if so what brand should I get.. Also I took an AZO at home UTI test and it showed all 3 times 500+ leucolytes but no nitrates. DOes that mean I have an infection? Thank you.
