I know this is about IC. However, as I get older I have some arthritis in my hands . Natural remedies mention herbal teas etc. However, these sometimes for me aggrevate IC. Has anyone tried Glusomenie Sulvate or anything else that helps? Maybe plain ice pack is best. I know we are not doctors here, I'm just asking those who deal with arthritis what helps and doesn't hurt IC. I don't want to take medication. I have enough medication that I take without adding more.
All help greatly appreciated.

Hello . My mom have big problem with pain in her hands. I know she use CAMPHOR 3.5 % to make massage with it. This relief her pain. One of the medication that help her a lot is neurontin and this is IC friendly. Also you can try to make compress with Apple vinegar.
