Hello, I have been dealing with bladder inflammation for a while after an infection. Don't know yet if it's IC . But post antibiotic I have been dealing with yeast infection and it's much more severe than past infections - my whole vagina opening is swollen and sore. I am living in India at the moment and the gyne never take any cultures - just medicate even though I requested that.
Anyway after trying to cure this naturally using things that have worked in the past like magic for me (natural yoghurt and Himalaya herbals v gel) I was only getting temporary relief so I used the yeast pessery the gyne gave me.
It is only 100mg (the lowest dose to be used 6 days!! ) but I woke in the night with pain after using it once and have been in pain since - perinium, vagina, abdomen, 3 days later. I also got some blood in a jelly like discharge.
I am a bit scared by this - does anyone know how long it takes for this to get out of the system and will these side effects go???
