Here is a cute project for a place mat cup holder and napkin.

What you will need
Foamie Sheets by Darico (like a rubber construction paper) or plastic coated poster board. You also can buy a colored place mat to decorate.

Foamies/ plastic covered poster board or a plan plastic place mat
Acrylic paint (soap and water clean up)
Paint brushes
Scissors
glue
(patience)
a sponger cut in a 1/2 inch rectangle
paper plate and a a small cup of water to rinse the brushes
snack baggies
rice
markers

For the Place Mat
cut your foamie into an oval (unless you bought a plan place mat)
you may paint on your pumpkin, or cut out foamies and glue
it on your place mat.
After you have the pumpkin or pumpkins on your place mat you can do the
boarder. As shown in the picture. you will want to take the sponge and dab in the paint and make little rectangle marks all around the boarder, and in marker you can write in BOO between the orange boarder. There are leaves in this picture with no directions. If you want to add them I would shalack them and allow to dry before attaching them to your place mat.
honestly they might be more trouble then they are worth lol.

Cup Coaster the same as above.
I would cut the coaster larger then the cup,

Napkin
buy a cheap cloth nabokin or you can use an old sheet its only for looks.
take a snack baggie, put enough rice in it to make a head. put your napkin over the bag and use a twist tie to secure his head. you can then paint the heard orange and make a face.. or you can make eyes and make him a ghost. on the front you can write BOO! on the napkin, and make your own boarder for the napkin edging.
