how much urine do you actaully pee when you go

im going to start a voiding diary and measure how much urine i have each time i go..............

how much is normal? and how much urine do you guys void on average when you go.........

Normal bladder capacity is somewhere between 400 to 600cc. The urinary bladder can normally hold 250 to 350cc of urine before the urge to void becomes conscious.
I have less than 100cc each time I go and sometimes it is worst.

i haven't measured recently but last time i check, if i held it as long as i could until i could stand still, i could barely hold 250. but i'm a very small girl so maybe that's been normal my whole life. :-/

It depends entirely on how much liquid I take in. If I drink a lot, I urinate more.

When I had my uro-dynamics test done, 200cc's is the point when I REALLY, REALLY have to go. So, I imagine most times it's a lot less. I was told that the normal bladder holds 1000-1200cc's of urine and mine holds about 600cc when I have hydros.

hmmmmm well ok............i have done the odd mesurement but not a proper voiding diary for a couple of years when i did one proir to urodynamics test....i cant remember what it was but am getting the test results sent to my new uro/gyno so will no in two weeks.............

so i better start measuring etc lol....................i do no that from the times i have had a quick measure that when i really have to go as in bursting i release about 250 i think............but other times i have only managed like 1/4 of a cup which i think is not much.... anyway will record my voids for 24hrs and let you guys know lol

How do you know how many CC's you are urinating? I wouldn't know how to measure that. My old PT said a normal person should urinate for at least a count of 15. Mine are usually like 4 - 6 or less. In the old days I remember sometimes going for like 60 seconds and wondering when it would end. Now it's just a few seconds.

hi to measure just buy cheap plastic measuring jug you know with the level in mls/cc down the side and pee into it everytime you go and write it down with time, and other stuff if you want like urgency level, pain level .....etc

bemmer, i find that too...sometimes i go in and can have a decent 7-10 second pee. other times in the same day, i feel i can't hold it any longer and it's just a 2 second trickle! hehe.. :(

started my voiding journal today.think i will do it for three days to get a good picture............i have also started taking valerian root i was going to try kava but heard to many scarey stuff but it.............anyway im sure the valerian is helping with my bladder spasms for sure.........apparently it takes two weeks for full affect so i will see............i take it 4 times a day each meal and before bed..........no idea about long term effects but i will ring a natropath at the health food shop so they can look it up for me...........
