Patrick Sawyze died today

I was so hoping he would beat the cancer. Since I hadn't heard anything about him on the news or in the papers lately thought maybe he was doing better. The good die young. He had so much more life to live and seemed like a good person. Acting and being famous didn't seem to go to his head. I feel sorry for his family and what they must be going through.

I saw this on the news last night. He was a very good actor. I feel for his family; he and his wife Lisa were married for 34 years.

Patrick Swayze was my first celebrity crush when I was a teenager. First saw him in The Outsiders, then of course Dirty Dancing and Red Dawn.
An amazing talent and he will truly be missed.
