Can't use Metamucil

I know Metamucil is good for regulation, but I just can't use it. It makes my IC bladder hurt!

Is there an IC fiber that won't hurt? What about Benefibre or something like that?

Psyillium husk fiber just hurts me.

I use Metamucil Clear & Natural, it's different from the regular metamucil. No dyes, preservatives, nada, just inulin.

I take fibercon capsules without any problems

When I need it, I use miralax with no probs at all. Most of the other ones irritate my bladder. Miralax does take a couple days to kick in, but once it does it is very helpful.
