I will be the first to tell you I am NOT religious in the least bit but I do believe there is a bigger power, Allah, God, Buddah, what ever you call it, this light is there when every thing seems to fail, when the darkness seemed so grim and the bright and shiney waking hours never seem so far away.
I hope and wish for you the best as you find what will enevitably help you with you IC symptoms.
When it seems so scarry look into that beutiful sky and know your grace will come.
