Salad dressings

Has anyone found any salad dressings that work for them? I am aware of the recipe from Bev's cookbook, but am looking for others that may be possible for me.:confused:

I just mix canola oil & basil together. Also I try to make my salad "interesting" with lots of IC friendly stuff -mozzarella cheese, hard boiled egg, grated carrots, sunflower seeds, chicken, garbanzo & kidney beans (til I found out I'm allergic to them -bah!!).

I can also "get away with" a tiny teaspoon of Marie's Ranch dressing -with a few Preliefs!!
