Is this normal?

Does anyone have problems with insurance and Rimson (Sp). It has to be double Authoried by the doctor to see if the insurance will pay for it? Does anyone know how long it will take..i'm suppost to start in five days. I hope something will work out. Does anyone know how long of a wait, it take before you can start dmso, when you just had a uti?

I got my approval within a few days. My doc had to get an authoriztion from my insurance & fax it to the uro. I really didn't have to do anything. Hugs, Kathi

Hello ladie!
I do not know how far back a UTI has to have been for them not to do the insillation, they do always check your urine before any installation, I think so they can clear that up in hopes that if it clears than they will not have to do the more invasive insatallations. ( You know Uro's they think u have IC but they do not like to treat you for it!!)
Are you going to have the treatments?
