Ok so my anxiety has really become a problem lately and I need to look at going back on anxiety meds for a while (hopefully not long). I hate the sexual side effects from them. I have never found one SSRI that did not cause sexual side effects for me.
That is not the main reason I do not want to take them for too long. Not counting all the symptoms when I look back to my whole life that I had no clue were not a UTI ect, but when my IC got bad I was getting off of one med and tying another and they all seemed to hurt my bladder. So does anyone have any anxiety meds that work for them, that do not hurt their bladders, and that have little sexual side effects?
Due to the bladder involment I am going to go to my IC doc for them. She will not write any of the schedualed meds. That is ok because I am deciding to try a new anxiety med because I feel I have been taking my xanex more often and that only helps for a short time. They are only .25s and I want to keep them that way. So I am looking for any med ideas that are not schedualed.
I also wanted to ask if anyone has tried buspar? If so what did you think? Thanks guys for any ideas you have. I appreciate it.
