first hydro/dist....did it work?

I got my first hydro/disten on July 20th, its been ten days and i have had no relief. It actually feels a little worse since the procedure, i don't know if this is 1. because the procedure just didn't work for me, 2. because i wasn't eating with the IC diet cuz of just being diagnosed, or 3.i just need to wait i bit longer to see results from this. Any input?

Yes you could need more time to heal.

And nobody gets the diet straight right off the bat. You might be eating or drinking something mean without realizing it.

My first hydro/disten worked great with relief I could feel after I got up and walked around a little. Then DMSO treatments for a while. That seems to do it all for me but those effects don’t last. A few months later I needed another one and that didn’t do anything for me. My bladder has shrunk quite a bit since the first one.
I’m still having trouble believing that I have IC. The why me kind of thing, you know? Anyway what works best (for me) are the DMSO treatments. Good luck to you & I hope everything works out for you. Maybe you need to wait a bit longer and see if that procedure worked after all. I'm taking Elmiron and that doesn't seem to be working, but I'll give it years if I need to!
