I am having my Cysto (2nd one)@8:45. My period decided to show up today, nice timing huh?Do alot of you get a UTI after this procedure??

Im having some pain on my left side, its been going on for a few days...it isnt really too painful...but its there and annoying.
is it possible that I could have a kidney stone without a fever?
I have never had a kidney stone before...I understand that they are very painful. Is it possible to start out with mild pain then it gets worse with a stone?

A few night ago I had visible blood and some clots in my urine?I am on antibiotics for a bladder infecton.

Chell,
Could be any one of those things, make sure you mention it to the doc when you get there in the morning. Aunt Flo alway has perfect timing by the way. In my personal experience with stones, the onset was sudden and excruciating. I do have constant left flank and bladder pain with the IC. When I have a stone on the left and an IC flare, it's pretty hard to tell without some sort of radiologic procedure. Let me know if you have any other questions--I am always here.

Hmmm that's a tough one, whether or not you should go. Maybe you can give the hospital a buzz and talk to a nurse about it?

I know when mine had to be rescheduled, they did so within 2 weeks, so I was pleased it wasn't a huge delay.

Last night I tried IcyHot for my flank pain - BIG mistake, felt like acid seeping through my skin. I am continually told to try cold compresses over the kidney area.... I still wonder if it's spleen related... this is all so confusing!!

 *fingers crossed for answers for you!*
