Bad Things
over the last 6 weeks I have had a sting of never ending bad luck, My van, my dryer, and my lap top all broke! then a Trojan ate the operating system and other data in Davids computer. I may have had a tia stroke. I never posted it, because it has not been confirmed. I cannot have an MRI because of the stim. When I went to the dr I ended up seeing a PA that just said mmmm that don't sound right! I did personally write my doctor a hand written letter and hand delivered it. One night I woke up in severe pain my whole right side of my body exceeded the 1 thru 10 pain code. Next My hubby was ill and needed medical attention and he has Bronchitis. Chronic; Acute Exacerbation, Pneumonia. three office visits several sets of x-ray, 5 shots, several scripts and a nebulizer, he is getting better. then the random things in between has made me want to go to the middle of nowhere and scream!!
Now for my long over do excellent news
We finally have a certified court date for final adoption:bow:. It is on August 7th at 10:30 am:woohoo:. Only 8 more days woohoo. My kids birthdays are the 3rd and the 11th, so we are planing a big bbq on the 15th. What would make this great news even better, would be getting my daughter home from Nashville:smile tee, I haven't seen her since December;( and miss her greatly. Unfortunately, David's recent illness has drained our account and we are still in debt with doctor visits:cussing:.

:woohoo: I am so happy for you and for your children! Every since you first got Jake, I have read about all the trials you have endured in the court system, and within your family, as you fought for custody first of him, and then for his sister, Stephanie. You have been their champion from the beginning and have endured things that would have defeated someone weaker, yet you persisted and endured in the face of everything that was thrown at you, all the while suffering from a debiltating and painful bladder disease! You are a true hero in every sense of the word, having rescued these children from a life they didnt deserve and giving them a Mother anyone would be proud to call their own! Although they are still too young to understand what you have done for them and what you saved them from, I know that someday they will realize it and you will blessed all the more because of all you endured to get them.
As I was writing this post, a certain scripture came to mind, Proverbs 31: 27-31. "She watches over the ways for her household, And does not eat of the bread of idleness. Her children rise up and call her blessed. Her husband also, and he praises her. Many daughters have done well, But you excel them all. Charm is decietful and beauty is passing, But a woman who fears the Lord she shall be praised. Give her the fruit of her hands, And let her own works praise her in the gates."
Ashley is fruit of your womb, but Jake and Stephanie are truly the fruit of your hands! :) I am so happy for you and for your children! May God bless all of you!
Sincerely,
Amaranthe

well the night before has finally here, I am a bundle of nerves, and still not letting myself believe its really happening this time until I am there and it is done! I half expected another "incindent" to take place, another well we want you to do this first. nothing, no calls (except c-tac trauma center, about Jake) We are to appear infront of the judge with the children tomorrow morning.
My parents cannot come, not in good health =( my sister refuses to go, oh well her loss. most of you know the drama with that. 13 hours, 22 minutes to go!
