I am a 29 year old male who has been diagnosed with IC for about 1 and a half years. My doctor has me on Elmiron, Diazepan as well as imipramine. My symptoms puzzle me though. Even though I have had a hydrodistention and my doctor has confirmed IC. My only symptom is that the tip of my penis hurts and even more with an orgasm. Any others out there that share these or similar symptoms. I am still having a difficult time realizing I have IC with symptoms not regularly mentioned with IC. Any thoughts!
