SO even though I deal with the craziness that is my life, I still find time to enjoy those small moments that are unreplaceable. My youngest daughter is about 20 months old now. Her name is Avery. She has been wild since the day she was born. She is "vibrant", that is the word I use to describe her. LOL. My older daughter is 4 and her name is Lydia. Over the weekend we have moved Avery into a toddler bed (she learned to climb out of her crib) and she is doing so well! I took her to Target, and let her pick out a new bedding set for her "Big girl bed" and she was SOOO excited when we got home all she wanted to do was lay in her bed. And Lydia has been such a big help. She has been encouraging her, and telling her what a good job she is doing. I have the sweetest kids :smile tee
So today Avery walked right up to me and said "Bathroom Mommy" SO I took her into the bathroom, and she took off her diaper, got up on the potty, and went #1 and #2!!!! She is so tiny, and it is so funny to see her sitting on the potty! It made me so happy, and proud for her!
No matter how down I am feeling, everytime I see Avery and Lydia, all I want to do is smile. They are the reason that I am fighting so hard right now. To wake up every morning and have two smiling faces looking at me, is absolutely marvelous. No matter how painful it is, everything I do is worth it because it makes their lives good.
My baby girls are growing up so fast!
I am so happy that there is a Happiness Corner. Despite IC, there are so many wonderful things to think about, and on nights like tonight, where I can't sleep because I am hurting, it is wonderful to have something to tell everyone that is positive!
