Has anyone been rxed Baclofen for pain? If so, was it effective and at what dose? My dr. is rxing 20mg Baclofen suppositories to be used 1 at bedtime as per recommendation of a compounding pharmacist. I'll post again after I've tried them.
Thanks,
Linda

I think I tried that and had some sort of reaction to it. I take Zanaflex instead.
Maybe someone will pop on here who has more experience with Baclofen.

I posted my Baclofen experience (not good) on the pain section under lidocaine because someone had asked me about it there - if anyone is interested.

I was prescribed baclofen 10mg three times daily after urodynamics testing. It is a muscle relaxer and I did very well with it and was on it for over a year. It really seemed to calm down my bladder/pelvic muscles and eliminated most of the pain. I had never tried the suppositories. Let us know if it helped ?
