Call me DUH....but is there anyway to like put a reminder, with time that are time zone specified maybe the day before? Or maybe just repost when these are? I've always wanted to join in but am about 3 hours late:(

2nd and 4th Tuesdays from 5-7pm PST

NEWBIE CHAT:
1st and 3rd Mondays from 4-6pm PST

one of the great new things i have notice about the message board is that i could set my own time zone with it. so say they start at seven pm its ten pm my time. i forgot where i found this but it has helped me alot and the chat Oh hon its so great. if you would like next time there is a chat and if i'm own because sometimes i miss them because i have something else to do or i'm sick so on.:confused: but if i'm on i will send you a pm threw the icn message board if you have your messages own. just let me know i will try to help you out We would really love to have you.

I'm really thankful she did. i love being with all my friends talking and catching up I really pray soon that Jill will find a way to open it back up full time like it was before and be safe for everyone plus herself. I don't know if there is a way yet but that would be wonderful.

I am new and trying to figure out how to use this but i recently started the elmiron installations I can use it 3 times a week this site does help me relax a little. Last night i was in so much pain my bladder felt like it was spasming for hours. I just cry. I use a heating pad. Today I feel better. I'll keep coming here . Thank you it even feels better telling someone who knows how it feels.

My problem is heat makes the pain worse.
