....this is good news! Last week I paid for some prescriptions - so that I could order refills. This was last Tuesday; by Saturday I had my medications and thought- Wow that was fast service--usually it takes 10 days to get things. So I looked at the bill and the balance was $0.00 they went ahead and charged my credit card for the amount of the medications plus priority service. I called Caremark really upset and told them that they didn't have authority to do this-they go and said yes that I gave them the option. Long story short - they reversed the charges --which makes me happy because with this amount it would've made my credit card go over with that amount - plus I would of also have a over limit charge on the CC. This as you can see made my day, especially since a lot of offices are closed tomorrow for the Saturday holiday and we are stuck in the office unless we take off.:)
