Honey and lemon..

I have a quick question.. for the past 3 or 4 days I have been having lemon and honey in hot water and it seems to not bother me.. I've actually been feeling better! I have a feeling my alkaline/acid level was off. Anyways back to my question! Is having honey everyday bad? I am worried about a Yeast infections.. I heard natural sugars can cause a yeast infection..

The honey is probably okay, but I have some concern about the lemon --- it's a problem for most ICers.

I know that is why I am really confused! Lemon doesn't seem to bother me at all... I have been having lemon for the past few days and have had almost no pain what so ever! I guess the "everyone is different" rule is true!
