Raw honey?

I know honey is generally considered ic safe but I was wondering about raw honey? I love it but I don't want to flare so I decided to ask around here. Thanks! :)

Most honey we buy is raw --- at least what I purchase is.

:loco:My Urogyn's Office told me to stay away from honey as it was acidic. It was on their list of foods to avoid. Since I never noticed any problem with it I did a google search to check the PH. It said the PH was 3.5. Don't know what to make of it since it seems to be ok for almost all of us. PS I have continued to use it in small amounts.

Clover honey has given me no trouble. Guess I'll try raw honey ad see how it goes.
