Hi, I forgot to post some more questions.

Can someone explain to me what an antispasmodic is? Sorry if I didnt' spell that right.

What is urelle and the other medications I hear everyone talking about? Are the over the counter and how well do they work? What is their purpose?

Check out the threads on urinary tract antiseptics in the forum "Treatments for Mild IC." There is a lot of good info on Urelle and other UTAs there. Antispasmodics are one component of those drugs, but there are plenty of simple antispasmodics available as well. Anticholinergic is the same as antispasmodic.
