has anyone taken paroxetine for ic

Does anyone know if paroxetine does anything for ic? I take it for my worry disorder (easiest way said) My uroligist says it does; however, she also says ic is something few people know much of. Also she is not very positive or comfortable with dealing with IC. I am currently looking for a new doctor. There are very few in the state of alaska. Well if anyone knows I would apreciate it.

I used to take Paxil (Paroxetine) for panic disorder. I had v few UTIs on it until I upped the dose to 60mg (which is v high). I know UTIs are different from IC, but just letting you know. I was fine on 40mg for 5 years.
