I have severe legs, neck, back, and arm pain. my whole body radiates pain. It feels like my entire body needs to be stretched out. I can barely walk and I can't sleep. My joints and things swell up. I don't know what to do about it. Usually it happens after a really bad flare, but lately it has been happening all the time. Any insight?
