Anybody know of any salad dressings that are ok for IC? I haven't found anything yet thus far

If you can tolerate cottage cheese and like creamy salad dressings, you can put the cottage cheese in a blender along with your favorite herbs and it makes a tasty dressing. I personally like salads with just a bit of freshly ground salt.

I am not one to eat a lot of salad dressings. I like the taste of salad without heavy dressings that, to me, mask the natural taste of the veggies.

I have been doing ok with Marie's ranch dressing. I use 1/2 teaspoon & toss the salad really well. I take Prelief with it.

I use Marie's lite creamy ranch dressing. I put a half teaspoon on the side of my plate & dip my fork in it before each bite of salad. You can also mix it with a bit of nonfat milk to make it less thick & stretch it to go farther on your salad.

Another salad dressing I like is to mix pear juice with a little canola oil & a sprinkle of dried basil. This is especially nice on mixed baby greens with chopped dates & a tiny bit of feta cheese if you can tolerate it....
