Prosed ds and vesicare made me feel worse

My doctor is still not convinced I have IC, I have frequency and urgency. He had me try Prosed ds for 3 weeks 3x a day. Well after a week and a half on the Prosed ds I felt worse, my frequency and that still need to go after you already went feeling is worse..so I stopped. I went back to my doc to get the PST but was feeling a little better so my doc said lets not do the test since it will aggrivate things & maybe I'm getting better. I asked if there is still anything else we could try for the frequency, he gave me vesicare, wow after 3 days I was really bad from the vesicare. He calls 2 days ago and says my urine culture the day I went in to get the PST grew 2 different bacteria...I have never had a postive culture! I mentioned the vesicare made me feel worse and he said yeah cause you had an infection. He's a really sarcastic guy listed here as a IC specialist, I think I may look for another opinion he's not very helpful.

Dr gave me Cipro, after 3rd pill last night my throat started closing up...so I had to quit Cipro until monday so he can give me something else. Today I stupidly figured I'd try a Prosed ds, maybe it would help me since I have an infection ..I took one this morning and another this afternoon and wow..I will never take this again my frequency is worse. Why doesn't this work for me??
Does this mean that antispasmodics and anesthetics are not for me?

I am also panicking since I had to stop Cipro and have to wait 2 days for a new antibiotic I hope the bacteria doesn't get worse!
