TENS question... where do you put your electrodes?

My PT has me put one pair on the inside of my thighs right at my crotch and the other pair on my tummy... kind of between the pubic bone and my hip bone. She said I could also do that pair on my lower back too.

I was curious where other people put theirs?

When I had mine I only used two of the pads. Put one right over the bladder (Word of advice.........shave first.....I didn't and WOW is all I can say when I went to take the pad off) the other one I put right above it or sometimes on either side.

Hi there,

I put 2 pads right over my bladder and 2 on my lower back. The 2 on the lower back are lined up on top of one another ( about an inch between each of them).
